Retreats

Time with yourself,  to remember what matters

Retreats

A retreat is simply a pause: space to step out of your usual rhythm and give your full attention to practice and inquiry. We move, breathe, sit, and listen together – using Yoga, meditation, and Advaita Vedānta to look more honestly at how we are living and who we take ourselves to be.

Retreats are held in quiet, supportive settings in Australia, India, Europe, and beyond. Days are shaped by a steady rhythm of Yoga, meditation, Satsang, and rest, with enough structure to feel held and enough space to let the teachings sink in.

You do not need previous experience with retreats to join us. You are welcome whether this is your first time sitting in Satsang or the next step in a long‑standing practice.
