ONLINE WORKSHOP 23 - 24 JAN

A Life Well Lived

A Yogi's Ethics Beyond the Mat

with Swami Prabodh Chaithanya and DrJi

9

Ethics are the natural expression of a mind that sees clearly. Thus they are not rules imposed from without.

9

The Yamas and Niyamas form the foundation of yoga as defined in Patañjali’s Yoga Sūtras. They are observations about how a mind aligned with truth naturally lives.

This two-day workshop explores each principle from a philosophical and practical perspective. It offers the opportunity to see how they already live in your daily life: in your relationships, your work, and the places where you meet resistance in yourself.

Swami Prabodh Chaithanya

Swami Prabodh Chaithanya has dedicated his life to the study, practice and transmission of Yoga and the Vedic wisdom tradition. A direct disciple in the lineage of Swami Chinmayananda and Swami Dayananda Saraswati, he spent many years in intensive study and service before being entrusted with teaching. With clarity, humour and compassion, Swamiji brings the ancient wisdom into living relevance for modern seekers. His presence creates a space of depth and simplicity where the teaching can truly land.

DrJi

DrJi is a scholar, practitioner and guide of rare depth. Born in France, with a background in philosophy, linguistics and psychology, he has spent decades in the study and practice of Yoga, Ayurveda, Vedantic philosophy and deep meditation. He also practised as a psychologist and psychoanalyst, bringing a rare bridge between Western and Vedantic understanding of the mind. He embodies the integration of knowledge, devotion and direct experience.

A Note on Dāna

The Yamas and Niyamas ask us to look honestly at how we live, and that includes how we give.
Dana is not a transaction. It is an acknowledgement that something of real value has been received.

These teachings have been carried across generations through sustained effort, dedication, and love of the tradition. Your contribution supports this work and makes it accessible for all.

Suggested offering
$90 AUD

The suggested amount is a guide, not a ceiling or a floor.
